In Windows 11 you can still revert to Windows 10 taskbar, so you technically still can use TaskbarX properly. If Microsoft ever remove old taskbar from Windows 11, it will be easier to make.

The configurator is in the rainmeter settings within your system tray, go over TaskbarX and look for the option to edit skin. This should open up the preferences and you can edit it to your liking
